McGillis Design is run by Tricia McGillis, a typographer and graphic designer who lives in Berkeley, California and Concord, New Hampshire.

More about Tricia McGillis:

I was one of the original designers of Wired Magazine, a founding partner of the groundbreaking San Francisco online community Cyborganic Gardens, and the founding Creative Director of Third Age Media, Inc. I currently work with a wide range of clients, including magazines, retailers, management consulting firms, artists, toymakers, and manufacturers.

My work has been profiled in Rolling Stone Magazine, Eye Magazine, Print Magazine, and the books "Great Web Typography" by Wendy Peck and "Web Concept & Design: a Comprehensive Guide for Creating Effective Web Sites" by Crystal Waters. I am a member of the The Society of Typographic Aficionados. Most important to me, though, is that my clients love what I do for them and they enjoy working with me.

Sometimes I make furniture; sometimes I read books about physics.
